When required by law, we will obtain affirmative consent before sharing personal information with a Sponsor for independent marketing purposes.
Sponsors are responsible for their own privacy practices. Woodard Broadcasting Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party Sponsors.
5. Marketing Communications
Entrants may receive promotional emails, text messages, or other communications from Woodard Broadcasting Company if they opt in.
- Email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Text message promotions comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Entrants may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
- Text message recipients may opt out by replying STOP.
Consent to marketing is not required to enter a Contest unless clearly disclosed.
