If a Contest is presented by or sponsored by a third-party sponsor (“Sponsor”), entrant information may be shared with the Sponsor for marketing or promotional purposes if disclosed in the Official Contest Rules or entry form.

When required by law, we will obtain affirmative consent before sharing personal information with a Sponsor for independent marketing purposes.

Sponsors are responsible for their own privacy practices. Woodard Broadcasting Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party Sponsors.

5. Marketing Communications

Entrants may receive promotional emails, text messages, or other communications from Woodard Broadcasting Company if they opt in.

  • Email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Text message promotions comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Entrants may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
  • Text message recipients may opt out by replying STOP.

Consent to marketing is not required to enter a Contest unless clearly disclosed.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. We may collect Social Security numbers or other tax identification information when required for IRS reporting purposes.
