Apparently, Donald Trump is popular with the Raccoon vote, or he has enlisted the help of them to keep CNN reporters off his lawn. CNN Reporter Joe Johns was reporting from outside the White House early Wednesday morning. As he was setting up for his live shot, the raccoons kept approaching which lead him to throw something at them. He also turned around and growled at them loudly. It’s a pretty funny clip. Sadly, you never see the raccoons. No mention if they had tiny MAGA hats on as they approached. The video is below from TMZ. Oh yeah, stand down and stand by PETA, the reporter tweeted out that he didn’t hit them or hurt them. He just was trying to scare them off.
